I've been running some additional fun giveaways and games during the festival:

Mask dying contests with prizes ranging from black dyes to gold runes or weapons.

Armor contests with prizes of 250 orbs + random dyes

Guess the number of orbs, beancakes or rice wine and you win it!

Hide and seek.

Just something fun to do while waiting on the emperor. I think my guild gave away about 75k worth of stuff, but it was worth it. People had fun.

Anyone else do anything simliar?

It was kind of fun. I will probably do some more contests at the end and then this weekend, as well.
